o Orchestrater of Routine Maintenance Planning and scheduling processes based on the business in addition to overseeing

management processes established then being approved from senior management.

o In charge of developing task lists along with strategies for turnaround work as well as presenting workflow processes for

management to review prior to implementation and incorporating HSSE policies into standard work procedures.

o Significant contributor in providing aid in the implementation of specific job procedures while being on assignment at the

import and export terminal in Hackberry LA.

06/2015-03/2016: Maintenance Planner & Scheduler, Firestone Polymers

o Superintended the strategic planning routine for maintenance, unit outages, plant turnarounds for various types of

equipment which included; exchangers, towers, piping, valves, rotating equipment, etc., utilizing IFS as CMMS.

o Devised then prepared schedules for outages as well as major maintenance activities using Primavera P6

R.8.1 along with Microsoft Project 2013 combined with planning work orders by sequencing job steps based on resources

required then estimating man hours.

o Evaluated then refined planned work orders in order to create standard jobs (task lists) while forming job packages which

involved the delivery of marked up pictures, P&ID’s along with Isometrics in combination with the collection of bids
